Petitioner, Billie Jo Ladely, challenges a district court's award of child support in an order modifying the decree dissolving her marriage to respondent, Kenneth Leroy Ladely. Although the district court determined that changed circumstances required that Kenneth's child support obligation be increased, it deviated from the child support guidelines in fixing the new level of support.
