SMITH, Judge.

In appellate Case No. 89-593, appellant appeals a judgment of conviction and sentence for grand theft, and multiple judgments and convictions for the offense of trafficking in stolen property, and solicitation to commit the offense of dealing in stolen property. We affirm the judgments of conviction in each case on the merits, but reverse the sentences departing from the sentencing guidelines, and remand for resentencing.
