Frank P. Swanson appeals his conviction for distribution of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 845a. Swanson argues (1) that the district court erred when it excluded the testimony of a witness who Swanson believed would impeach the government informant's testimony, and (2) that he was entrapped into selling heroin within 1,000 feet of a school in violation of his due process rights.
