Mary Alice Danford and her daughter, Denise, sued Doug Arnold, William Nichols, and Howell Plywood Corporation, alleging that they had negligently or wantonly caused or allowed an accumulation of mud on a Houston County road during logging operations being conducted on property adjacent to the road.
