PER CURIAM.

Harlow Fay, Inc. (debtor), appeals from the judgment of the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Missouri dismissing its bankruptcy appeal for failure to timely file a brief. For reversal, debtor argues that the district court abused its discretion in refusing to excuse the untimely filing on the ground of "excusable neglect." We affirm.
