Plaintiffs, Ronald E. Prince and Diane A. Prince, individually and on behalf of their deceased minor child, Garon Cole Prince, brought this suit for damages caused by the wrongful death of their child. Several defendants were named in the original suit, a number of which qualified as qualified health care providers pursuant to LSA-R.S. 40:1299.41.
