SUPPLEMENTAL FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

KAZEN, District Judge.

The following findings of fact and conclusions of law, rendered pursuant to Fed. Rule Civ.Proc. 52(a), supplement Partial Findings and Conclusions as to jurisdiction made on March 14, 1991. This case was tried to the Court on November 7, 1990. It involves claims brought by Texas migrant workers under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act ("AWPA")
