OPINION

BIERY, Justice.

Appellant, Jennifer Louise Porter, was indicted for the offenses of Manufacturing and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Analogue, N-Hydroxy 3, 4-Methylenedioxy Amphetamine (N-Hydroxy MDA), in an amount greater than 28 grams but less than 400 grams. The jury found her guilty on both counts and sentenced her to 15 years' imprisonment and a $2,500 fine for the offense of manufacturing and 12 years' imprisonment...
