This is an action brought by the plaintiff, Wayne Franklin, against Ram, Inc. to recover the balance allegedly due for unpaid wages and for penalties and attorney's fees due under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 23:631, 632. The trial court awarded plaintiff judgment in the amount of $6,247.36, with judicial interest from date of judicial demand and for costs.
