In this diversity action, plaintiff seeks to recover under O.C.G.A. § 51-1-18(a) (Supp. 1990) for injuries incurred when her minor son, John Reese, purchased beer from Warren and Dianne Braswell, got drunk and fell out of a pick-up truck.
