Billy Russell Duggan (Duggan) appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e)(1). The district court sentenced Duggan to fifteen years imprisonment and five years supervised release, and ordered him to pay a $50 special assessment.
