This suit was filed by Jim Carey Distributing Company, Inc., against its office manager, Laura Lee Zinna, for the return of funds which she embezzled from the company. Plaintiff also seeks judgment against Mrs. Zinna's homeowner insurer, American Family Home Insurance Company.
