In this divorce case, the trial court entered a final decree dividing the property of the parties on April 14, 1989. The court made a "substantially equal division" of a marital estate having a net value of approximately $369,000, awarding approximately $195,000 to Ramona Barnes and approximately $174,000 to Larry Barnes.
