Phillip Reeves appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief from his conviction — pursuant to plea agreement — for Burglary, a class B felony, for which he received a sentence of fifteen years. Reeves's court-appointed counsel recommended that Reeves accept the plea agreement because the prosecutor had promised not to file an habitual offender charge against Reeves if he would accept the plea.
