Appellants, Kenneth Robinson and Jackie Robinson, appeal the grant of two partial summary judgments, one in favor of appellee Arlington Memorial Hospital, hereinafter the "hospital," and the other in favor of Richard A. Chiarello, M.D., and Richard A. Chiarello, M.D., P.A., hereinafter "Dr. Chiarello."
