The plaintiff, Farmers State Bank of McNabb (bank), appeals the circuit court's judgement affirming an administrative order by the Board of Review of the Illinois Department of Employment Security (hereinafter "board"). That order allowed unemployment benefits to a former employee of the bank, Carol A. Pelz (claimant).
