Appellant Robert Raymond Blair appeals two convictions for criminal liability for others' theft in connection with shoplifting by two teenage girls under his direction in two trips to one store in one day. Blair contends both convictions cannot stand because the lesser offense is based on the same criminal act on which the greater offense is based in part.
