General Manufacturing Co., d/b/a Rockwall Manufacturing Co., appeals a takenothing judgment for CNA Lloyd's of Texas. The issue involves coverage under a comprehensive general liability policy which Rockwall bought from CNA. Rockwall asserts, in thirty points of error, the trial court erred: (1) in granting CNA a partial summary judgment that no coverage existed under the policy; (2) by failing to grant judgment in Rockwall's favor...
