This cause came to us pursuant to a petition to transfer filed by Defendant-Appellant John Frink ("Frink"). Frink was arrested June 13, 1987, and was later charged with Driving While License Suspended, Resisting Law Enforcement, Battery, Reckless Driving, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated ("DWI").
