Technology for Energy (TEC) is the debtor in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Before its bankruptcy, TEC agreed to build a radiation monitoring system for a nuclear power plant that the plaintiffs, Bechtel and Public Service, were building in New Jersey.
