Charles M. Huth appeals an Order and Judgment for Child Support Arrearage. We reverse.

Charles M. Huth (Charles) and Lea Ann Hoffman (Lea Ann) were divorced in 1980. The issue of support of the parties' only child was not brought before the court at the time the judgment of divorce was entered, and the court made no decision on child support at that time.
