Appellant, Mary La Juana Perry, sued appellee, Safeco Insurance Company, for alleged violations of the Texas Insurance Code and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing related to a claim filed under her homeowner's policy. The jury found that Safeco was not negligent in handling her claim and that Safeco exercised good faith in the investigation.
