Appellant Marvin Goodson was convicted of the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-211, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

The state's evidence tended to show that in late June 1988, the Dothan Police Department and an Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board agent, Robert Chambers, were conducting an investigation into drug activity...
