NEWBERN, Justice.

This case presents the question whether a chancery court has jurisdiction of an action to enjoin a nuisance, and if so, whether a claim upon which relief could be granted was stated. We hold that the Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and that a claim upon which relief could be granted was stated. We reverse the Chancellor's decision that the Court lacked jurisdiction.
