POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

This appeal requires that we decide whether an agreement to finance maritime insurance gives rise to admiralty jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C. § 1333. Concluding that it does not, we affirm the district court's dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
