In this action brought by the Trustee, the court denies Defendant a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and (B) based on transfers occurring more than one year prior to bankruptcy of property in which Defendant had a concealed equitable interest until well after her bankruptcy filing of September 20, 1988.
