Leonard Lavon Hayes, the appellant, was convicted of leaving the scene of an accident in violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 32-10-1, and was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment. At the same trial, he was also convicted of criminally negligent homicide in violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 13A-6-4, and was given a concurrent sentence of one year in prison.
