Defendant Joseph R. Mikalajunas, Jr. appeals a sentence imposed under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Mikalajunas pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory after the fact to second degree murder.
