Plaintiff Noma West appeals from an order granting summary judgment to defendants Perry Kirkham, Wheels, Inc., and Pfizer, Inc. Plaintiff argues the trial court erred in finding, as a matter of law, that plaintiff's contributory negligence exceeded 50% and, therefore, plaintiff was barred from recovering damages from the defendants.
