On August 17, 1990, plaintiff, Zuhair Thomas Asmar, filed his complaint in this action. Plaintiff alleges that defendants, Officer William Keilman, West Bloomfield Township Police Department and process servers Dave Dempsey and Scott Johnson, conspired in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3) and § 1986 to deprive plaintiff of his civil rights guaranteed under the Fourth, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments...
