Appellants John D. Brunett and Patricia G. Brunett, husband and wife, filed a civil action against appellee Merle D. Albrecht, a real estate agent, and Howard C. Kline and Betty J. Kline, the sellers, for fraudulent misrepresentation in the sale of residential real estate. In addition, the Brunetts claimed damages from Albrecht for his failure to disclose the actual conditions of the real estate as required by the Real Estate Brokers' and Salespersons...
