The Committee on Professional Conduct issued letters of caution as a sanction against John Arens and Richard Alexander, law partners, for charging a fee that was not "reasonably commensurate with the circumstances" and, after termination of their employment, failing to "take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect the client's interests."
