Appellant, Anthony Ray Rowland, was tried by a jury for the crimes of Count I, Burglary in the First Degree, and Count II, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-87-1002. After deliberation, the jury returned verdicts of guilty of Count I, Burglary in the First Degree and set punishment at seven (7) years imprisonment, and not guilty...
