Plaintiff, Fedmet Trading Corp. (Fedmet), moves after trial, pursuant to CPLR 4404 (b) to modify this court's September 11, 1990 decision awarding judgment to Fedmet. Plaintiff contends that it is entitled to additional damages against defendant Ekco International Trading Corp. (Ekco), pursuant to Uniform Commercial Code §§ 2-714 and 2-715.
