Defendant-appellant, city of Cleveland (the "city"), appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs-appellees Mitchell Stasiuk et al., a class of former building and construction trades employees of the city. The trial court awarded money as compensation for unpaid sick leave from October 1, 1972 to October 29, 1980, which is the subject of the appeal herein.
