The primary issue in this case is: when does a civil cause of action accrue under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).1 Granite Falls Bank (the Bank) appeals the Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) order of the District Court2 dismissing its RICO claims as time-barred. We reverse and remand.
