A jury convicted Kevin Ray Fuller, appellant, of assault with bodily injury, Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.01(a)(1) (1989), and assessed his punishment at sixty days confinement and an $800.00 fine, both probated for one year. On appeal appellant asserts four points of error in which he argues that the trial court erred in (1) defining "intentionally" and "knowingly" too broadly in the jury charge; and (2) refusing to allow appellant to present expert...
