OPINION

ENOCH, Chief Justice.

Shannon Wynne appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of Robert Fischer on an indemnification/contribution cause of action. We affirm the trial court's judgment.

Wynne co-owned an establishment known as Tango Bar, Inc. (Tango) from 1982 through 1984. Although there were other owners, Wynne was, ostensibly, the person in charge. Wynne was also an officer and director of Tango. Neemo, Inc. (Neemo), a management company...
