This began as a workmen's compensation claim filed February 22, 1990, in which James M. Jones claimed an occupational disease resulting from injuries received while employed by Neely Truck Line, Inc. Jones was employed by Neely until June 8, 1988. Neely filed an answer on March 27, 1990. In April 1990, Jones filed an amended complaint, which Neely answered.
