Primitivo Cortez was convicted by a jury of knowingly possessing marijuana with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B) (1988). On appeal, defendant raises ten issues that he claims resulted in an unfair trial.
