This appeal involves the interpretation of our underinsured motorist statute. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark.Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(c). Charlotte Nixon Berry was injured in a car accident on December 4, 1987. Appellants Bobby and Lois Nixon, as parents and next friend of Berry, sued appellee H & C Electrical Company for damages caused by its employee, Wayne Head, while acting within the scope of his employment.
