This is an appeal from the denial of a motion to set aside judgment. The issue involved is whether a Nevada district court ever obtained personal jurisdiction over the appellant, Richard Milton. Richard Milton and respondent, Judith Gesler, were divorced in California. The California judgment requires Mr. Milton to pay Ms. Gesler child support and spousal support.
