OPINION

ERVIN, Chief Judge:

Olando Johnson pled guilty, in the Middle District of North Carolina, to one count of Possession of Firearms by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 328 months of detention. He appeals his sentence, claiming that the trial court improperly categorized him as a "career offender" under the Sentencing Guidelines. Johnson also challenges the trial court's dismissal of two pretrial motions. We reject the latter argument, and affirm...
