The appellant, Robert Findley, was convicted a second time of capital murder, and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. On appeal, following Findley's first trial and conviction for this offense, we reversed and remanded for a new trial due to error in the admission of certain statements Findley made while in police custody. See Findley v. State, 300 Ark. 265
