OPINION

RUSSON, Judge:

Kamdar & Company (Kamdar), appeals the dismissal of its complaint against Laray Company, Inc. (Laray), Raymond Boal, and James A. Boal, Jr. for lack of personal jurisdiction. We reverse and remand.
