Robert Sebastian D'Souza appeals his conviction, following his guilty plea, of conspiring to import heroin into the United States, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963. After denying D'Souza's motion to withdraw his guilty plea, the district court sentenced him to 188 months imprisonment, five years of supervised release, a $10,000 fine and a $50 special assessment.
