This case is before us on the application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order issued against Omnitest Inspection Services, Inc. ("OTIS") and Amspec Technical Services, Inc. ("Amspec"). 29 U.S.C. § 160(e). The Board's order depends on its conclusion that Amspec is the "alter ego" of OTIS.
