This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's tort claim seeking damages against defendants resulting from a motorcycle accident on property leased by Martines Leasing, Inc. (the corporation). We address two issues: (1) whether the district court properly granted summary judgment against the corporation and Ed Martines, individually, relying on the provisions of the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Act...
