Sylvia Moothart ("Moothart") claims disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423. The Department of Health and Human Services ("HHS") denied her claim. She then filed suit in the District Court under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The District Court affirmed, concluding that the administrative record contained substantial evidence supporting HHS' decision.
