Elizabeth Anderson wants her Chevy van back. On June 6, 1988, Anderson was arrested by the Batavia, Illinois police for driving under the influence of alcohol. The arresting officers conducted an inventory search of her 1979 Chevrolet C-20 van and found over 100 grams of marijuana under the driver's seat.
